OPI
For the LUAR FW2024 Show, nail artist Naomi Yasuda used iconic OPI shades in addition to Basic Baddie, a shade from the new OPI Your Way Collection. Naomi pulled inspiration from the aesthetic of the vintage picture frame, which holds a grandeur appeal.
"LUAR is a brand that marries high fashion with urban culture, so I decided to make nails that were both striking and lavish, leading me to create a baroque-inspired design for the statement nail. And for a more classic, subtle look, I incorporated LUAR's signature colors of nude, brown, navy, and black to create a classic French tip."

Start by applying OPI Natural Nail Base Coat to the nails.
Apply two coats of OPI Nail Lacquer in “Isn’t It Grand Avenue,” “Black Onyx,” “Glitzerland,” OPI Infinite Shine in “Basic Baddie,” or opt for the Roman detailing nail.
Apply the decals. (The decals were created by using resin and forming into a mold and then painted using OPI Nail Lacquer in “Glitzerland.” Assemble the decals on top of the long nail tips and add crystals to give dimension.
Finish with the OPI Top Coat for a long-lasting statement manicure.
Apply the OPI xPRESS/On Long Press On Nails in “Bubble Bath” with glue, which will serve as the base of the French manicure.
To create the French, use OPI Nail Lacquer in “Isn’t It Grand Avenue” “Espresso Your Inner Self,” or “Alpine Snow.”
Finish the look by applying the OPI Top Coat.
Apply the OPI xPRESS/On Classic French Press On Nails securely with glue.
